I’ll try and explain it the best I can!
first you start with a grayscale painting! I think it’s the best to keep things you want to stay as true to the color you’re laying down over it to keep that part as light as possible. For example, on this, I knew I wanted her skin to be much lighter and her sweater was going to stay dark dray so I went almost white with the skin.

The Opening~
The reception for my show (as I previously mentioned) for last Friday went off without a hitch! I mean, despite my butterflies there was a great turn-out! woo!

SO! I’m having a show this friday!
I was invited by the Mighty Writer’s organization to participate in their gallery on Fourth Friday!
