sableye and I are bros ‘cause we both sit in dank, dark caves eating precious stones. ALSO, dark glasses to boost my dark-type moves, clearly…
The reception for my show (as I previously mentioned) for last Friday went off without a hitch! I mean, despite my butterflies there was a great turn-out! woo!

SO! I’m having a show this friday!
I was invited by the Mighty Writer’s organization to participate in their gallery on Fourth Friday! SO~ if you happen to be in the Philadelphia area sometime this Friday it’d be cool if you came down and saw the show (I mean I’ll be awkwardly hiding in some corner, but it would be nice nonetheless)!
Here’s more info (place and time, etc.)

Gonna try to put these all in one post so I don’t spam y’all! :D
I’m gonna try and skip repeats if I can

My favorite piece that I have done… That is.. a really hard question to someone that’s never satisfied with what they do. BUT if I had to choose one I’d go with this:

it’s a couple years old now, but I know things to fix would be minimal at best, and the original piece is a good six feet lengthwise. I can barely carry the thing by myself since it’s taller than me, but I felt good when I finished the piece and still can stand looking at it, so I guess that counts for something. I mean minus all the tangents and other things I’d go back and fix, but I digress…

3. The oldest piece I have on hand:
I drew this when I was 9. hahaha I was really into sonic art and sailor moon, don’t judge me.
10. What do I like most about my art: Ha. Well, to put it lightly I’m a pessimistic person. Whenever I find something I like I always find a way to say, “well this could be better.” NOT trying to be Johnny Raincloud I would saaayyy I like making bold lines and color. I just have to find a way to incorporate both into my work without it getting too flat!
25. Draw a picture!

I really, really wanted to draw lapland clothes hahaha ~christmas spirit

4. What defines my artistic style: I feel like my job is what’s going to define it in the future. I want to illustrate books specifically and that requires a certain type of style, if ya dig what i meaaann. I want to be able to infuse what I like and how i like to draw in what that path asks of me? So the genre I’m looking for will define me, I guess. I’m still trying to find my style, and it’s a struggle I can’t really say what it is as of yet, I think. hahaha sorry for being vague
17. What would I refuse to draw? Oohhh I dunno.. I feel like I’d draw almost anything.. OH LANDSCAPES. It would have to be something like thomas kinkade would paint? Yeah, those boring things your grandma would buy to put in her kitchen… I just..can’t.. it takes no imagination, man :(
24. Do I have a shameful past? HAHA.. yes. yes I do. See above? that horrible sonic art? Yeah, I drew furries. I traced furries. I REGRET NOTHING.
25. Draw another picture! OTL

I hope a WIP for my screen printing class is good enough. I don’t want to lead anyone into a false sense of security and actually think I’m not lazy…

I already answered both of these so instead I’ve got this:

miroku… from inu yasha…. dressed as a hamster.
I thought I was so damn funny. u_u

this didn’t turn out as well as I expected.. hahaha I didn’t want to use pixels or use a computer-made font and I think that’s basically what you need for these things OTL
oh well.. at least I’m looking more badass than usual
here’s a bigger version of just me as a pokeyman trainer
